REASONS FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF ACHIEVEMENT
To make the position of District Employees more professional;
To make the general public more aware of the duties and responsibilities involved with the position of District Employees;
To stimulate Employees of Districts to augment their education and to increase their general knowledge;
To become better qualified for the position by completing the course work and other activities which will enhance the work that is being performed;
To create and enhance the District Employees' pride in their chosen profession.
