REASONS FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF ACHIEVEMENT

• To make the position of District Employees more professional;

• To make the general public more aware of the duties and responsibilities involved with the position of District Employees;

• To stimulate Employees of Districts to augment their education and to increase their general knowledge;

• To become better qualified for the position by completing the course work and other activities which will enhance the work that is being performed;

• To create and enhance the District Employees' pride in their chosen profession.
